Request the deletion of your personal data and account
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will process your request in accordance with applicable laws.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to your order history, saved addresses, and any accumulated benefits. You will need to create a new account if you wish to shop with us again.
You can log in to delete your account directly, or submit a deletion request which will be processed within 30 days.
