This seasoned ponzu sauce is made by perfectly combining bonito and kelp stock with the juice of whole yuzu fruit, including the skin. It is made using 100% yuzu from Kochi Prefecture, the number one producer of yuzu in Japan. It goes well with a variety of dishes, including hot pots and shabu-shabu, as well as seared dishes, salads, boiled vegetables, gyoza dumplings, and grilled fish.
