Only freshly laid domestic eggs ('Pure Select Eggs'), used within three days of being collected, are used. The vinegar is a special blend of mellow vinegar that has been heat-treated, combined with white grape vinegar, brown rice vinegar, and wood barrel-aged malt vinegar, called 'Pure Select Vinegar.' The oil used is a mix of high-quality canola oil, soybean oil, and corn oil.
