This upgraded version of the ICHIRAN Tonkotsu has improved recipes for the noodles, soup, and Original Spicy Red Seasoning. It took 3 years of development, but ICHIRAN’s ramen artisans managed to make it tastier than ever. We kept the same great flavor and texture of our noodles, but increased the volume from 60 g to 70 g for a more satisfying bowl. The soup was also meticulously reformulated to have a similar mouthfeel and aroma as the tonkotsu broth served in our restaurants. The new spices and flavor balance of the Original Red Seasoning now tastes even more like the Original Spicy Red Sauce used in our restaurants. This makes it a perfect match for the newly formulated soup and noodles. The new ICHIRAN Tonkotsu is a bowl of ICHIRAN you can enjoy at home or on the go.
